1Information We May Process

Depending on the Service and feature used, BEMO Development may process:

• Discord user IDs, usernames, display names, server nicknames, and avatars.
• Discord server, channel, and role IDs.
• Discord server membership, roles, and relevant permissions.
• Bot commands, button/select-menu interactions, and related interaction information.
• BEMO server and bot configuration information.
• Studio authorization, staff rank, assigned server access, and capabilities.
• Authentication, session, role-synchronization, security, and error information.
• Application responses and application-management records.
• Verification information voluntarily submitted through BEMO verification systems.
• Path of Titans usernames, in-game names, and Alderon IDs.
• Moderation, evidence, appeal, and administrative records.
• Saved commands, events, automation, and server configurations.
• Audit and administrative activity records.

Not every Service collects or stores every category listed above.

2Discord Authentication

BEMO Server Studio may use Discord OAuth to authenticate authorized users. When you authenticate, BEMO may receive information made available through the Discord authorization scopes used by the Service.

This may include your Discord identity and information needed to determine your BEMO membership, role, and authorization.

BEMO Development does not receive or store your Discord password.

3Discord Roles and Authorization

BEMO may process Discord membership, roles, role IDs, and relevant permission information to determine whether a user may access BEMO Server Studio and which features or servers they are authorized to manage.

Role and authorization information may be synchronized so that Studio access can be granted, updated, restricted, or revoked when BEMO staff roles or server membership change.

Authorized Studio actions may also request Discord role changes through BEMO-operated bots when the user performing the action has the required permission.

4Path of Titans Information

When supported by the applicable Path of Titans server integration, RCON connection, or BEMO system, information processed may include:

• In-game name or username.
• Alderon ID.
• Online or server connection status.
• Current creature or other available player state.
• Growth and marks information.
• Location or coordinates where available.
• Group or server-related information where available.
• Administrative or moderation actions involving the player.

The exact information available depends on the applicable server integration. BEMO does not claim to receive information that the integration does not provide.

5Applications

When you submit or participate in a BEMO application process, information may include:

• Your Discord identity.
• The type and version of application submitted.
• Your application answers.
• Relevant eligibility information, such as account or BEMO membership age where available.
• Submission, review, and decision dates.
• Assigned reviewers.
• Reviewer recommendations and comments.
• Authorized staff notes.
• Application status and decision information.
• Approval or denial reasons where applicable.
• Discord role-assignment status following approval.

6Application Interviews

If an application includes an interview, BEMO may process interview scheduling information, interviewer assignments, interview status, staff notes, interview results, and chat interview transcripts.

When a Discord text-based interview is used, the resulting interview transcript may be associated with the application for authorized review and historical recordkeeping.

BEMO Server Studio is not intended to record voice interview audio. Notes or results relating to a voice interview may still be stored by authorized staff.

7Moderation Information

BEMO may process moderation information necessary to administer community and game-server rules, including:

• Moderation cases and case identifiers.
• Player names and Alderon IDs.
• Reports and reported rules.
• Warnings and strikes.
• Mutes, kicks, bans, unbans, and other disciplinary actions.
• Growth resets or other disciplinary server actions.
• Reasons for disciplinary actions.
• Appeals and appeal decisions.
• Staff notes.
• Assigned or reviewing staff.
• Moderation history.
• Ticket and transcript references.
• Status information such as active, expired, reversed, resolved, or closed.

8Evidence

Authorized staff may attach or reference evidence relating to a moderation case. Evidence may include screenshots, images, short videos, files, Discord message links, ticket references, transcript references, descriptions, and related metadata.

Evidence is used for legitimate moderation, rule enforcement, appeals, administrative review, community safety, and dispute resolution.

Access to evidence is restricted according to BEMO Studio permissions and the user's authorized server access.

9Audit and Security Records

BEMO Server Studio may maintain audit and security records to provide accountability, investigate problems, protect administrative systems, and maintain the integrity of moderation and server-management actions.

These records may include:

• Staff Discord ID and display information.
• Administrative rank at the time of an action.
• Date and time.
• Affected server.
• Action performed.
• Affected user, player, configuration, or resource.
• Previous and new values where relevant.
• Success or failure status.
• Technical error information.
• Permission and access changes.
• Discord role-management actions.
• RCON and server-management actions.

10How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

• Operate BEMO websites, bots, dashboards, and integrations.
• Authenticate users and control access to protected features.
• Synchronize authorized Discord roles and permissions.
• Verify community members.
• Process, review, and manage applications.
• Conduct and document application interviews.
• Operate Path of Titans server-management functionality.
• Perform requested commands and configured automation.
• Manage moderation cases, appeals, evidence, and disciplinary history.
• Maintain server and application configurations.
• Maintain administrative accountability and audit records.
• Diagnose errors and technical problems.
• Prevent abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse.
• Protect BEMO members, staff, servers, and Services.
• Maintain and improve reliability and security.

11Who May Access Information

Access to non-public BEMO information is restricted according to the purpose of the information and the user's authorization.

• Application information is accessible to staff authorized to review or manage the applicable application.
• Interview information and transcripts are accessible to authorized application reviewers according to their permissions.
• Moderation cases, history, notes, and evidence are accessible only to staff with applicable moderation permissions and server access.
• Administrative and audit information is accessible according to Studio rank, capabilities, and server authorization.
• Technical systems and BEMO-operated bots may process information where necessary to perform an authorized function.

Access controls are intended to prevent staff members from viewing or modifying information outside their authorization.

12Information Sharing

BEMO Development does not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by third-party services where reasonably necessary to operate BEMO Services, such as Discord, hosting infrastructure, Path of Titans-related server systems, or other integrations that BEMO actually uses.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect the security or integrity of the Services, or protect users and others from abuse or harm.

13Data Storage, Retention, and Archiving

BEMO retains information according to the purpose for which it is used and the administrative needs of the community.

Staff applications, application review records, interview transcripts, moderation cases, moderation history, staff notes, and associated case evidence may be retained indefinitely as part of BEMO's administrative and community records unless they are archived or otherwise removed by an authorized Owner.

Expired, reversed, appealed, or otherwise inactive moderation actions may remain in historical records even when they no longer count as an active disciplinary action.

Audit records may be retained indefinitely for accountability, security, troubleshooting, and administrative integrity.

Configuration and authorization information may be retained for as long as necessary to operate the applicable BEMO Service.

Archiving does not necessarily mean deletion. Archived information may remain stored and accessible to appropriately authorized staff while being removed from ordinary active views.

14Deletion and Data Requests

You may contact BEMO Development to request information about personal information associated with you or to request correction or deletion of eligible stored information.

A request does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every administrative record. Certain information may continue to be retained where reasonably necessary for moderation integrity, community safety, abuse prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of BEMO rules, compliance with legal obligations, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Where appropriate, BEMO may verify the identity of the person making a request before providing, correcting, or deleting information.

15Data Security

BEMO Development uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Administrative access should be limited to authorized users. Users and administrators should protect their Discord accounts and must not publicly disclose bot tokens, OAuth client secrets, RCON passwords, API keys, session credentials, or other sensitive credentials.

16Cookies and Sessions

BEMO websites and dashboards may use technically necessary cookies or similar session mechanisms to maintain authenticated sessions, protect account security, and provide requested functionality.

BEMO does not claim to use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies unless such functionality is actually implemented and this Privacy Policy is updated accordingly.

17Server Administrator Responsibilities

Authorized BEMO administrators are responsible for using information available through administrative features only for legitimate community, moderation, application-review, technical, and server-management purposes.

Administrative access does not authorize staff members to use non-public information for unrelated personal purposes or to disclose protected information to unauthorized individuals.

18Children's Privacy

BEMO Development Services are intended to be used consistently with the age requirements of the platforms with which they integrate.

BEMO Development does not knowingly operate its Services for the purpose of collecting personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe information has been collected in circumstances that require review, contact BEMO Development.

19Third-Party Services

BEMO Development may integrate with independent services such as Discord, Path of Titans-related systems, hosting providers, and other infrastructure used to operate BEMO features.

Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. BEMO Development is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of those third parties.

20Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when BEMO Development Services, integrations, data practices, security practices, or applicable requirements change.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
