1Use of Our Services

BEMO Development provides tools intended to support community management, Discord administration, verification, staff applications, moderation, Path of Titans server management, server automation, events, and related community features.

You may use the Services only for their intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, applicable BEMO community rules, and the rules of third-party platforms used with the Services.

2Discord

Some Services integrate with Discord for authentication, community features, role management, applications, moderation, notifications, and bot functionality.

Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own terms, guidelines, and policies. BEMO Development is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord Inc.

3Path of Titans

Certain Services may interact with Path of Titans community servers, server-management systems, RCON, or other supported server integrations.

BEMO Development is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Alderon Games. Path of Titans and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4Accounts and Authentication

Some Services, including BEMO Server Studio, may require authentication through Discord. Access may depend on your Discord account, BEMO server membership, Discord roles, assigned server access, and administrative permissions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for actions performed through an authenticated Studio session associated with your account.

You may not use another person's account, impersonate another staff member, share protected administrative access, or attempt to bypass authentication or authorization controls.

5Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

• Abuse, exploit, damage, or intentionally disrupt a Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BEMO Development systems, data, accounts, or servers.
• Circumvent permissions, role restrictions, authentication, or security controls.
• Access information or administrative functions you are not authorized to access.
• Intentionally spam commands, requests, webhooks, integrations, or bot functions.
• Use administrative tools to harass, threaten, target, or harm others.
• Manipulate, falsify, or improperly interfere with moderation, application, evidence, or audit records.
• Abuse RCON, automation, role-management, or server-control functionality.
• Exploit vulnerabilities for malicious or unauthorized purposes.
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated when misuse is detected.

6Administrative Access and Permissions

Administrative features are available only to users who have been granted appropriate authorization. Access may be determined by Discord roles, BEMO administrative rank, per-server authorization, and specific Studio permissions or capabilities.

Administrative access may automatically change or be revoked when a user's Discord roles, server membership, rank, or BEMO authorization changes.

Authorized staff members must use administrative access only for legitimate BEMO community and server-management purposes.

7Server Administration and RCON

BEMO Server Studio and TsunAmi Bot may provide authorized staff with server-management features such as player moderation, marks or growth adjustments, teleportation, attribute management, server status, seasons, weather, disasters, restarts, commands, automation, and RCON functionality.

Staff members are responsible for reviewing the selected server, player, command, values, and consequences before confirming an administrative action.

Some sensitive actions may require a reason, confirmation, additional permission checks, or other safeguards before execution.

8Automated Actions

Some Services may perform actions based on saved commands, events, conditions, schedules, server state, Discord interactions, or other configured automation.

Authorized administrators are responsible for reviewing automation before publishing or enabling it.

Automation may depend on Discord, hosting services, Path of Titans servers, RCON, network availability, permissions, and other systems. An automated action may fail, be delayed, or become unavailable when an integration cannot complete the requested action.

9Moderation Records and Evidence

BEMO Services may be used to create and maintain moderation cases, warnings, strikes, disciplinary actions, appeals, staff notes, evidence, ticket references, transcripts, and related administrative records.

Authorized staff must use moderation information only for legitimate community administration, safety, rule enforcement, appeals, and related purposes.

Submitting fabricated evidence, intentionally falsifying moderation records, or improperly altering administrative records may result in loss of access or other action.

10Applications and Interviews

BEMO Applications Bot and BEMO Server Studio may be used to submit, review, manage, and decide applications for BEMO community roles.

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information to the best of their knowledge. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or assignment of a Discord role.

Authorized reviewers may review application answers, recommendations, staff notes, eligibility information, interview information, and interview transcripts when applicable.

Application approval may cause a configured Discord role to be assigned. Role assignment may fail when Discord permissions, bot availability, or Discord role hierarchy prevents the action.

11Administrative Actions and Logging

Actions performed through BEMO Server Studio may be recorded for accountability, security, troubleshooting, moderation integrity, and administrative review.

Records may identify the staff member performing an action, the affected server or user, the type of action, relevant changes, timestamps, and whether the action succeeded or failed.

Attempting to evade, falsify, or improperly alter administrative logging is prohibited.

12Third-Party Services

BEMO Development may rely on or interact with third-party platforms, hosting providers, game servers, and other integrations. These third parties operate under their own terms and policies.

Changes, outages, permission restrictions, API changes, connection failures, or other issues involving third-party services may affect BEMO Development Services.

13Service Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or replace any part of the Services as BEMO Development evolves.

We do not guarantee that a Service, integration, bot, website, server connection, or administrative feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

14Termination and Access Revocation

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to a Service when reasonably necessary, including for security concerns, misuse, loss of required permissions, loss of BEMO membership or staff authorization, violations of these Terms, or protection of the community or Services.

Removal of an eligible Discord role or other required authorization may automatically revoke access to protected BEMO Server Studio functionality.

15Disclaimer

BEMO Development Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain reliable and secure Services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every third-party service, or that every feature will operate without errors.

16Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BEMO Development and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, inability to use, interruption of, or reliance on the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as BEMO Development Services, integrations, administrative systems, or applicable requirements change.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
